Why would we consider going to Florida?

This morning we have 6" of beautiful, fluffy snow on the ground. We have had more snow already this year than in most midwestern winters. As you can see, our RV is shivering and ready to head south!!

Our current temperature is 22°. Today's forecast for Bonita Springs: Hi: 82°, Lo: 62°

Visiting Rachel & Nate

Had a cold drive to Chicago area yesterday. Attached is a photo of the snow that we began encountering south of Des Moines. The heaviest was in the Newton, Iowa area. They had 6" on the ground from Saturday evening.

Rachel & Nate have about 3" of snow. A little more fell this morning but not much more accumulation.
