We left Lake Havasu City this morning. It was a clear, sunny day but had strong winds to battle all day.
We drove 475 miles and are staying in Lordsburg, New Mexico tonight.
The first two photos are of Lake Havasu as we headed towards Parker Dam. The rocky coastline reminded us of Newfoundland. It is so rugged and beautiful.
The last photo is a dairy near Salome, Arizona -- just before we got to I-10. These cows live in air conditioned comfort. I'm just wondering how comfortable it will be in July & August at 115 degrees.
