Yes, that is what the sign said. We left Casper this morning to head to Grand Teton National Park. About half way there (around Dubois) we came to construction. It was 14 miles of unpaved road that they lead us through with a pilot car. It was slow going. The water truck worked back & forth to keep the dust down (But our rig is no longer clean!)
