Today we went to Kentucky Dam. We had been there in 1987 and remembered standing at the visitor area for several hours watching the barge traffic.

has changed our lives -- a new bridge is being built to remove traffic from the dam and the visitor center is closed to the public. We could only view the locks from our drive over the dam.
