We haven't found it yet, but there must be a junkyard ('junkyad') for discarded 'r's. Sometimes they even substitute an 'h'. They 'pahk the ca', drink the 'watah', eat 'lobstah' and vacation at 'Bah Habbah'.
Walt had a pleasant surprise. He called Carstar Corporate to get phone numbers for some of the Boston area Carstar shops that he knew through business groups several years ago. He was told that Margaret Ray was in Boston this week. We had dinner with her Wednesday night and she invited us to a Carstar BBQ last night. We had a good time and Walt enjoyed meeting so many old friends. By the way -- they all loved our accents!! Funny but we don't have accents!

Be glad your name is not Ba_nes. I had to put up with that crap all the time I was in the navy up there. Not to mention my first in-laws butchering my name all the time. So be careful where you pa_k your ca_ and have a "soda", not a bottle of "pop". Ha! Was 46 here this morn., feels gooooood! Sounds like your doing quite a variety of things. Are you taking lots of pics? Be caeful out there and enjoy!!!! B & J
