We (with Steve & Janet) drove north to Booth Bay today. It was a beautiful drive and we enjoyed seeing the 100 year-old vacation homes along the coast.
Steve & Janet are from Annapolis Maryland so they have taught us lots about ships, harbors, tides, etc. As Mid-westerners, we're not very smart about those things.
Also enjoyed seeing the Bath Iron Works -- they build destroyer ships. Impressive.
Weather has been excellent. Several more nice days are forecast.
Tomorrow Steve will drive and we will head to Portland.

Uncle Walt,
The beef is going in on Oct 6th. Do you want the cut the same if not let me know and I can call it in for you. And I can find out if they have freezer room until you return if you don't have pick-up arrangements. It usually takes a couple of weeks from entry date.

Hi! Glad you're having fun. Nice to get an update on where you are, etc. You will be pleased to know this is National Brain Aneurysm Awareness Week 2005 - seems to have originated in Boston. Kerrie discovered this little gem!
