Paul Bunyan and the Redwoods

Today we stopped at the 'Trees of Mystery' near Klamath, CA. Yes, it WAS a tourist trap but we did enjoy the walking tour and Sky Tram ride.

We got to see Paul Bunyan and his blue ox "Babe". As you can see, he is very big.


I was surprised that Walt agreed to the Sky Tram but he actually enjoyed it and took photos out from every direction. It was foggy all day along the coast but nice and clear to the east at the lookout at the top of the Sky Tram. Looking west, we were actually above the clouds!

When we returned to Crescent City, we checked out the harbor. Found the seals that we hear all day (and night). The last photo is a pile of seals on the dock.
